"I wasn’t totally sure which fireplace insert..."
I wasn’t totally sure which fireplace insert was going to work with our setup, so I emailed usfireplacestore with a few questions. They got back to me quickly and explained things in a way that made sense, which I appreciated because I was kind of guessing on some of it.
The order itself went smoothly after that, and when I thought the tracking might be stuck, they helped me look into it without making it a whole thing. Overall, they seemed like good people to deal with, and I’d probably order from them again

"It’s alright... but not amazing"
It looks decent overall... but some of the parts feel a little cheap once you actually handle it. Not terrible, just not as nice as I was hoping

I did end up getting help in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the warranty part took way longer than it should have. The return itself was okay, just a lot of back and forth that felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been simple

"Pretty helpful with the fit"
They explained the insert size and the install steps clearly, and I think that made a big difference. It fit right on the first try, which I wasn’t totally sure would happen.

"Fair price and it works well"
I feel like I got a good deal. The fireplace has been working great so far, and it’s nice to buy something at a fair price without feeling taken advantage of. Can’t ask for much more than that...

"Delivery took much longer than expected"
I ordered a fireplace part because the site made it sound like it would ship out quickly, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. The tracking barely moved for days, and I had to email twice before I got an actual update, which was frustrating because I really didn’t want to risk being stuck without the part when I needed it.

The item did show up in good condition, so at least nothing was lost there, but the long wait made the whole order feel more stressful than it should have. I’d probably be hesitant to order again unless I knew the delivery timing was more reliable.

"Very dishonest company!"

Worst experience! Do not order from here. Ordered an expensive mantle and was told it would be delivered 7-10 days from placing the order. Multiple calls and 14 days later no update- except they are having trouble figuring out which warehouse to get it from- that next Monday they tell me they found it through a third party and it’s $1,200 to ship it- oh they graciously offered to pay half - eyeroll. So an extra $600 on top of a $1,500 mantle. I immediately ordered the same mantle with a trusted company for $1,550 and cancelled my order. This caused a huge delay for us and they had no means or intention on making it right. Very dishonest company!!

"Worst experience ever. Do not purchase"

2 months and still haven't received the products I ordered. Multiple attempts to resolve and still nothing. I've purchased hundreds of items online and this is by far the worst experience ever. Order from someone else.
